Dear team, One of the user (A),mailbox was corrupt on exchange server . Hence we had delete the current mailbox & re create the new mailbox on exchange sever . But now many users send mail to him (A User) using the local stored cache address. Now we need manually delete old address which is in stored in other clients pc (cache memory) . Request to you kindly give us any technical solution so it can be deploy on centrally.

Does the new user/mailbox have the same LegacyExchangeDN as the old one? If not, a solution would be to identify the old LegacyExchangeDN (LEDN) of the original account, then add that LEDN as an X500 address to the new account. -Matt

It's kinda of like using an atomic bomb to kill an ant, but you could always use logon scripts to delete the user's NK2 file from their \application data\ directory. It'll kill ALL their cached email addresses, so you're likely to piss off lots of people who use the cache instead of Contacts/GAL.
